Durfee & Phelps Billing Policy
General Billing Unless other arrangements are made, the terms are payment in full of the initial fixed fee to begin your legal planning. On a case-by-case basis, we may accept a retainer of one-half of the initial fees to begin the project, with the balance due upon signing the documents. Other terms on our regular monthly billing statements apply. We will not record deeds or file and publish entities unless and until the balance due is paid. Costs and other fees may be paid by you providing us a credit card number for use with third-parties, authorization for which is hereby granted. |
