Delivery Method And Timing
Unless other arrangements are made, legal planning documents will be delivered or ready for signature by no later than 4 weeks following receipt of the client information necessary to complete the estate plan. A signing conference will be held in our office either in person, or in the case where we have mailed the documents to the client, over the phone. The signing conference is a valuable meeting in which the documents will be fully explained and instructions for implementation given. |
